Located
in Hooksett,
New Hampshire
- Troop 292 was founded in 1951. Organized by a
“Group of Citizens”, they met at the Community
Grange Hall on Wednesday evenings. The original charter
was for Scoutmaster Leo Sasseville, Committee Chairman
Marshall Rice, 13 Boy Scouts, 2 Explorers and 8 Committee
Members.
Troop
292 is a boy-led traditional troop with a strong
outdoor program, is sponsored by the Hooksett
Lions Club,
and meets on Thursday evenings from 7:00 - 8:30 pm at
The American Legion Post 37. Stop by and
visit us any Thursday night!
