Located
in Hooksett,
New Hampshire
- Troop 292 was founded in 1951. Organized by a
Group of Citizens, they met at the Community
Grange Hall on Wednesday evenings. The original charter
was for Scoutmaster Leo Sasseville, Committee Chairman
Marshall Rice, 13 Boy Scouts, 2 Explorers and 8 Committee
Members.
Troop 292 is Hooksett's original boy-led traditional troop with a strong outdoor program, is sponsored by the Hooksett Kiwanis Club, and currently meets on Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 8:15 pm, at David R. Cawley School, 89 Whitehall Rd. in Hooksett. Stop by and visit us any Thursday night!
